After completing the courses and get the required credits, you will achieve the results as below.


Scientific and academic knowledge

You will have basic knowledge of natural science, social science, medicine, and grasp scientific methods, which can be applied to guide future learning and medical practice.


You will be able to use medical knowledge and other scientific knowledge to solve problems in individuals, groups, and health systems. You will be able to describe the etiology, pathogenesis, natural course, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of diseases at different stages of life, obtain, discriminate, understand, and apply evidence in medical literature, apply common scientific methods, and propose corresponding scientific problems and explore them.


You will understand the basic characteristics and diagnostic and therapeutic principles of traditional Chinese medicine, master basic Chinese language knowledge, and reach level four in the "Chinese Proficiency Test" (HSK) before clinical practice. You will also gain an understanding of Chinese humanities.


Clinical Ability

You will have good communication and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, their families, colleagues, and other health professionals. They will grasp the basic theories, knowledge, and skills of basic medical and clinical medicine, be proficient in basic methods of disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, and have the ability to distinguish and diagnose diseases, especially common and frequently-occurring diseases. You will also have preliminary capabilities to handle emergency, difficult, and critical cases, as well as the ability to use differential diagnosis and analysis to determine a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.


Health and social filed

You will receive basic training in medical scientific thinking and research methods, and after graduation, you can engage in clinical, teaching, and research work in hospitals, medical schools, research institutions, and other fields.


Professional literacy

You will be able to use Chinese for basic communication in hospitals and meet the HSK level 4 standard.
